2026 Vuelta Virtual

It's been a massive couple of weeks. We left the dirt outside to trade trail grit for pain-cave sweat for the Vuelta Virtual 2026 series!

Watching the pros tackle the actual Vuelta while grinding through the exact same last kilometers on the trainer really highlighted the massive gap between WorldTour elites and a regular moutain biker.

For instance, on Stage 1 the pros were gliding along the French Riviera in razor-sharp aero tucks. But there we are tucked in front of a cheap fan, going threshold before the first virtual corner, praying we don't knock our water bottle onto the carpet.

🔴 GC we slotted in a 2nd with 5 riders completing all 15 stages. 

🟢 sprint we tied for 3rd. 

🔵 KoMiTT happy with a 3rd. 

🟡 OZeMM winner - Wouter in 1st, Rocketman in 2nd and us 3rd. 

Rocketman stats for the event:

50 different riders participated completing at least 1 stage

24 riders completed at least 2 stages

27 riders completed at least 1 KOM/iTT stage with an average of 10 per stage
